Dr. Brian Paulson is a Limited Term Full Time Faculty (CACREP Core Faculty) member in the Department of Human Services at 茄子视频, holding a Ph.D. in Counselor Education & Supervision. He also earned an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a BA in Psychology. His teaching expertise includes graduate-level courses in addiction counseling, clinical skills and techniques, group counseling, and professional ethics. Dr. Paulson is a qualified supervisor and counselor educator who focuses on improving the counseling profession and equipping counselors in training. His scholarly interests center on exploring resiliency to burnout among addiction counselors, retention in online master's level counseling programs, and advocacy for counselor identity
