Kathy Nobles is a professor of educational leadership, research, curriculum and instruction, and teacher leadership. She received her EdD from the University of West Florida in 2012. The bulk of her courses relate to instructional leadership and advising students seeking Tier 1 certification in educational leadership in Georgia. Her research interests include the development of effective principals, qualities of effective leaders, the impact of culture in organizations especially as related to student achievement, school improvement, and the impact of effective professional learning on student achievement.
