Biography
Dr. Lois Bellflowers launched her nursing career in 1993 and brings a wealth of clinical experience across diverse specialties, including kidney, liver, heart, and lung transplantation, orthopedics, neonatal intensive care, intensive care, cardiac care, obstetrics, pediatrics, home health, and school nursing. She currently serves as the Undergraduate Nursing Program Director. While her primary teaching focus is in obstetrics, she also contributes to courses in Fundamentals, Community Health, and Professional Nursing Practice. Her research interests center on promoting student success and enhancing the well-being of both nursing students and practicing nurses.
