Biography
Dr. Lowe has over 30 years in nursing and 15 years as a nursing instructor, teaching across classroom and clinical settings. She actively practices as a PMHNP and FNP to maintain clinical relevance. Her teaching philosophy centers on fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and compassionate care—believing that meaningful learning happens through engagement, reflection, and real-world application.
