Dr. Megan Mitchell is an assistant professor in the Department of Leadership, Technology, and Workforce Development at 茄子视频. She earned her Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Central Florida in 2024, an M.Ed. in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Oklahoma in 2010, and a B.S. in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida in 2007. Before entering academia, Dr. Mitchell served as an academic advisor and spent over a decade as a Division I NCAA women’s rowing coach at several major universities. Her research interests include qualitative methodologies, ethnography as epistemology, doctoral student education, arts-based pedagogical approaches, and team and organizational culture in higher education.
