Biography
Dr. Michelle Ritter is a Professor of Nursing and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2013 from Georgia Regents University, formerly known as the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Ritter primarily teaches courses focused on advanced practice care for women and pediatric populations. Her research interests include benign acute childhood myositis, adolescent and women’s health, migrant health, and rural healthcare access.
